Legal infrastructure
for AI in LATAM.

We turn fragmented official sources into a data layer built for distribution, licensing, and AI products.

The problem

Latin American law is trapped in formats AI cannot use.

PDF gazettes, closed APIs, archives from dissolved agencies, and case law buried behind SPAs. The information exists, but every country, court, and regulator publishes it under different rules.

For an AI model, that means incomplete context: citations that do not resolve, rules without clear validity, and jurisdictions mixed together. The problem is not a lack of law; it is the lack of an operable data layer.

JurisNet turns that dispersed corpus into infrastructure: normalized sources, stable identifiers, traceability, and a shared ontology for building legal products across LATAM.

Four layers · one infrastructure

What JurisNet builds.

01 · Ingestion
Ingestion

We pull primary data straight from source: gazettes, congresses, courts, regulators. Every change is signed, versioned and queryable.

02 · Structure
Structure

An AI-native legal ontology: jurisdiction, subject, normative hierarchy, validity, citation graph. Typed JSON. Stable IDs across countries.

03 · Access
Access

REST and native MCP. Python and TypeScript SDKs. Change webhooks. Auditable logs. No scraping, no middlemen, no surprises.

04 · Knowledge
Knowledge

Private knowledge base per firm on the same layer. Bring your precedents, templates and know-how into the agentic stack — separate from the public ontology.

Coverage

Official sources, by jurisdiction and level.

We do not aggregate what Google already has. We connect courts, congresses, regulators, national gazettes, and state or provincial sources that AI needs for local legal context.
